He made official foray into the Indian fashion scene as a GenNext designer in Spring/ Summer 2012, putting forward a stunning display of nautical inspired silhouettes. His Autumn/ Winter collection followed a whimsical take on the game of Pac-Man. The re-invented chanderi appeared in a multitude of patterns including sarees, A-line dresses, swimsuits and jumpsuits.
