Villas at ThaiHot Mansion and Courtyards, Beijing, China: The Chinese too made it to this list. The Villas at ThaiHot Mansion and Courtyards by the Canal are price at US$47 million each, translating them into the most expensive homes in China.
Each villa comes flooded with luxury. It includes gold-plated swan sink faucets, crystal chandeliers, gold and black Italian marble flooring and Roman-esque pools. Seeming somewhat perfect for a guy who loves his luxuries, there are walk-in cigar cabinets and secret hiding rooms and bullet-proof compartments camouflaged behind bookshelves.
