‘Settle now, or I will sue’, Kim Kardashian seems to be in no mood to let her impending divorce with Kris Humphries drag on for any longer. While Kris is hoping to get more than his share from the prenup, citing that their marriage was fraud and was used by Kim to up her show’s ratings, Kim’s all set to counteract the law suit with a case of defamation and maligning of character argument. Though the divorce settlement is expected to be final by Feb 2013, what we don’t understand is why a woman who’s worth $40mn insists on holding on to her $2mn engagement rock, which has somehow become the star highlight of this dramatic divorce.
