Football's Most Expensive Transfers
Juan Sebastian Veron: Juan too is Argentinean, but is a mid fielder. Some of his major transfers include his 1998 move from UC Sampdoria to Parma for €17.5 million. Then he moved to Lazio for a cool €30 million. In 2001 he joined Manchester United for a transfer fee of €42.6 million and then moved on to Chelsea in 2003 for €22.5 million. Last he played for Argentine club Estudiantes de La Plata, but he doesn't anymore.
