Top Vintage Ferrari Models
1970 Ferrari 512S: To compete against the Porsche 917, Ferrari introduced its 512 S model in 1970. But despite its 400 hp, 12 cylinder 4993cc engine, the car couldn't beat the Porsche, whose 917 model could reach top speeds of 240 mph. There were 25 units built and chassis number 1006 is one of four remaining 512 Ss. The other 25 have been either been destroyed or converted to other 512M, 512F or 712 Can Am models.
