Hong Kong: Hong Kong remains at the top of the rankings with retail rents at $3,864 per sq ft per annum. It is only natural to find some high end brands stores. Around Lan Kwai Fong area there are four adjacent city blocks made up by Charter House, Alexandra House, The Landmark Tower and Prince's Building which house a cluster of luxury brands and flagship stores from Louis Vuitton, Piaget, Gucci, Armani and the like.
