The latest member of the Chopard Animal World Collection, the elegant emerald and diamond necklace brings to life the versatile butterfly motif. Set with diamonds and cabochon emeralds totaling 23.88 carats, the necklace is part of Chopard's haute joaillerie collection launched in celebration of its 150 anniversary.
 
Since its introduction in 2010, the Animal World Collection has explored the animal kingdom, much to everyone's delight. In their quest to articulate the glorious wonders of nature, Chopard Co-President, Caroline Gruosi-Scheufele and her team of designers have presented a slew of exceptional designs. In addition to the ubiquitous gold and diamonds, the magnificent jewels are set with pearls, moonstones, orange sapphires, Paraiba tourmalines and even precious wood!
 
In a nod to the jeweller's commitment to nature conservation, the whimsical interpretations bring to life a variety of creatures, some on the verge of extinction. Comprising a host of designs, the collection is also a reflection of the artisans' skills at lacquering, gem setting, pearl weaving and gemstone sculptures, along with modern technologies such as 3D modelling and titanium casting.
