Rob Patt is the New Face of Dior

While the recent Australian paparazzi pictures of a brooding scruffy Robert Pattinson on the first leg of Breaking Dawn promotions didn’t exactly scream French couture, the Gucci loyalist has surprisingly managed to pull off a sweet deal with fashion giant Christian Dior.

To be the face of Dior fragrances for men, the actor is being paid a whopping $12 million for just about three years. The Brit actor, expectedly, will start shooting a series of commercials for the brand, but what we’re most interested to see is how he will stack up against Jude Law, Dior’s other dishy brand ambassador.

We have no doubt that the deal is opportunely timed. The actor has embarked on extensive promotions of his latest and last addition to the popular Twilight franchise.

With Kristen’s Balenciaga and Robert’s Dior, this couple has packed quite a few punches despite the cheating controversy that was much ado about nothing. And given that the Chanel monologue has already been trashed as pretentious, our advice, Brad Pitt watch out!
