A Louis Vuitton Christmas at Galeries Lafayette

The multi-window displays of the Galeries Lafayette at Boulevard Haussmann in Paris are quite a spectacular vision all year round. With Christmas on the anvil and the anniversary of the famous dome structure, we now benefit from celebrations tuned to the theme ‘The Christmas of the Century’, a magnum opus by the gallery.

If you thought it couldn’t get any grander, think again. On board is the team of Louis Vuitton working their charm on the 11 window displays that stand tall on the boulevard. 

In sync with Galeries Lafayette’s theme, LV is doing their own spin-off ,‘The Ball of the Century’, creating a series of scenographies to interpret the brand’s vision and the gallery’s rich history.

Step aside flash mob while the streets of the boulevard stay lined with exotic pandas, bears, flamingos, all grooving to a choreographed dance.

From all things vintage to all that’s new, the gallery boasts of some exquisite products that tell a back-story spanning over 158 years.
