Sunteck Realty, one of India’s leading real-estate developing firms announced a unique and exclusive partnership with the pioneering luxury cellular handset manufacturers Vertu. As per this collaboration, Vertu will be associated with Sunteck’s latest luxury residential project, to cater to Vertu customers who will reside in the new property through an exclusive service called the Sunteck Concierge Services. Called Signature Island, the property is in development at Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC), the otherwise new commercial district in Mumbai. It is targeted at those upwardly mobile persons who consider it essential to live close to their workplace, yet in the most comfortable manner, and with other facilities like premium schools, hospitals and hospitality establishments not far away.
Making the announcement, Kamal Khetan, the Chairman and Managing Director of Sunteck Realty, spoke about how Signature Island is being developed to offer a premium living experience to those who reside there. “To give a complete experience of luxury, we chose the best location, and engaged the most esteemed and renowned partners to deliver an ultra-luxurious project.” A virtual simulated tour of the property showed the duplex flats (either 7,000 or 11,000 sq ft) and the space that will allow buyers to customise their luxury homes as they choose. “In addition to that,” Khetan added. “Our association with Vertu reiterates Sunteck’s endeavour to bring world-class amenities at Signature Island.”
While Sunteck Concierge Services will be available for only Vertu users in the property, it will be different from the services offered to Vertu users elsewhere, owing to an in-house concierge desk, with personnel dedicated to entertain the requests of the users in the building. “The resident concierge will ensure much better and quicker service, given the one-to-one interaction they will have with the residents of the building,” stated Gordon Watson, Head of Vertu Europe, Middle East, Africa and India, who was present to make the announcement with Khetan. “The enhanced services will ensure that the residents an exclusive lifestyle that they desire, without arranging for it themselves.” He also added that this tie-up will Sunteck is for a period of three years, and that the possibility of renewing the contract will be revisited three years hence.
