The standard of living in Singapore just got a little higher. Higher off the ground that is. Sky Garage Apartments - a 30-storey building - in the city is offering 56 apartments with a garage right outside your living room, no matter which floor you live on. And you can own more than one car too.
A biometrically-controlled lift takes your car to the floor you live on. All you have to do is place your thumb on a scanner, and your car will be right where is should be.
You can enjoy all of this at Rs 41.83 crore for a two-car garage or if you have some more cars, Rs 133.88 Crore for a penthouse that comes with with four parking slots.
