Pick of the Week: Sweet Indulgence

What We Like: Reed Krakoff Macarons for Ladurée macrons.

Why We Like It: Needless to say we’ve developed quite a sweet tooth what with Valentine’s Day here. And no points for guessing that dark chocolate certainly sets our tongues wagging, heck, it’s pretty much love at first sight.

Now take all that and add a designer touch stamped limited edition, and these macarons pretty much become the ‘It’ thing of the season. This collaboration has Krakoff’s sendibilities infused in to the very popular macarons from the house of Ladurée.

 These all-black goodies are served up in a luxurious Ladurée box, and reportedly made their tasting debut at the ongoing New York Fashion Week.

Available at the Ladurée New York store (864 Madison Avenue), you better have someone ship you a box before it’s all stomached.
