Souvenirs for Prince Albert and Catherine Wittstock's wedding
We’re not referring to the royal wedding of Prince William and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge now. This time, it’s the turn of Monaco's reigning Prince Albert to marry his Olympic swimmer fiancee Charlene Wittstock. And like it happened during the British Royal wedding, this couple too has a website that has all the official details and updates on the progress of their wedding plans.
And kick-starting their wedding celebrations is the launch of some exquisite Royal china.
The Souvenir Story
According to a Hello Magazine report, the exquisite souvenir pieces were created by the luxury French porcelain company Revol, a family-owned business.
Elaborate champagne glasses, and key chains that feature a heart and crown charm with the initials of Prince Albert and Charlene are some of the souvenirs on sale.
The most striking piece among the lot of souvenirs is a candle, while the most simple piece is a fan with the date of the wedding inscribed on it. All these souvenirs can be purchased through the official royal wedding website. The cost of the souvenirs range from a two euros to a staggering 480 euros. The most affordable piece is a coin with the faces of Prince Albert and Charlene, while one of the more exclusive items is a key ring with diamonds and rubies.
