Hong Kong known for it's expansive skyline and deep natural harbour has another feather in it's cap. This time the city is home to the most expensive condominium in Asia. The luxury apartment sold to an unidentified buyer for a record HK$470 million ($61 million), easily making it the priciest condominium in Asia.
According to a Times of India report, the buyer paid $9,773 a sqft for the 6,200 sqft apartment, which is in the plush Opus Hong Kong building. On the eighth floor of the 12-storey building designed by the Pritzker Prize-winning architect Frank Gehry, this is second only to One Hyde Park in London.
