Next month will mark the first death anniversary of M F Husain. And while looking for tributes and exhibitions lined up for the artist, we learnt that the Vadehra Art gallery in the Capital is putting together a catalogue of the artist’s works, which they had shown last year.

Roshni Vadehra explained that the catalogue will have an opening piece by gallerist Arun Vadehra, an essay by art historian Yashodhara Dalmia and an interview of the late artist with London-based curator Hans Ulrich Obrist. However, Vadehra clarified that the commemorative catalogue was not planned to coincide with Husain’s death anniversary, it may be a coincidence. In fact, the gallery’s London outpost is planning to host an exhibition of Husain contemporary Raza’s works around the same time.
