Will This Aston Martin Be Britain's Most Expensive?
Looks like 2012 might just be the year of vintage cars. With a vintage Ferrari becoming the most expensive car, and old Rolls Royces from Indian maharaja's collections being showcased at an international exhibitions; next is the turn of a vintage Aston Martin that wants to make it's mark this year too.
Built in 1957, the Aston Martin DBR1/2 went on sale on Monday for a cool £20million. Like most expensive vintage models, this one has a history too. It won the 1959 Le-Mans 24-hour race and is considered an engineering marvel. Click here to see the car.
