Louis Vuitton, Fendi Give These Cars a Dose of High Fashion

What happens when those with a love for nice cars and big brands put the two together? They get interior detailing by their favourite luxury labels of course.

American artist Luis Gispert spent two years photographing cars that have been given a haute couture makeover from labels ranging from Burberry to Louis Vuitton.

The photographs, life size images of the interiors of luxurious cars, will go on display as part of a larger exhibition of Louis Gispert's works - he's also photographed the interiors of highly stylized private jets (we wonder they're any serious competition for Donald Trump's gold-plated jet).

Car's Gispet has photographed include a Louis Vuitton by Takashi Murakami Cadillac Escalade, a BMW done up in Burberry's signature checks and two other unidentified cars with interiors by Fendi and Coach.

These are definitely haute wheels!

Gispert's collection is on how at the Mary Boone Gallery in New York from September 8 through October 22, 2011.
