Auction Alert: Saffronart's 24hr Absolute Auction

Saffronart is preparing for yet another of its 24 hour online auctions. And this time, it's aimed at younger art collectors.

The auction house's Absolute Auctions operate on a no reserve price rule, and bids starts at  $100 or Rs 5000, no matter the estimate. Each lot will go to the highest bidder at the time of closing.  

This time, the Absolute Auction: Editions has a total of 110 lots, including lots by prominent Indian photographers, printmakers and sculptors such as VS Gaitonde, Chintamoni Kar, Raghu Rai, Himmat Shah, Zarina Hashmi, Jitish Kallat, Atul Dodiya, Prabuddha Dasgupta, Shilpa Gupta, Bharti Kher and Subodh Gupta.

The Absolute Auction: Editions will be held on July 25-26, 2012 (auction begin at 8pm IST) on Saffronart.com.
