When Time Met Speed: Hublot's Tribute to The Ferrari 250 GTO

The Ferrari 250 GTO is a car that is currently estimated to cost around $30 million. With only 39 models being produced, today these beasts from the early 1960s are so prized, that they are probably kept in climate controlled garages under lock and key.
Hublot celebrated 50 years of the car's existence by launching the Hublot Ferrari 250 GTO Classic Fusion Watch. With a bold yet elegant design, this watch draws its inspiration from the very car it was created to honour. This special edition watch features a 45mm titanium case and a barenia calfskin strap. What gives this timepiece its distinctive characteristic is the barrel drum located at 12 o'clock that resembles the car's wheel rim, and the customised case-back, which has the chassis number of the respective 250 GTO owner's car.
And now let's come down to the one feature that renders this watch its exclusivity; if you would like to own this beauty, you need to be one of the 24 people who own the car too!
