Tag Heuer has a lot to celebrate this year. They completed a decade in India; and they've launched their Carrera 1887 Elegance collection, their most significant this year. They also re-signed Shah Rukh Khan as brand ambassador.
The luxury watchmaker celebrated these milestones at the Taj Lands End in Mumbai, where it unveiled the Carrera 1887 Elegance collection and SRK's fourth campaign for Tag Herer. He previously starred in their 2003, 2006 and 2009 campaigns as well as a TV ad in 2010. The new campaign has been shot by Atul Kasbekar.
Shah Rukh Khan has been the brand's face for the last nine years, and even wore a Tag Heuer SRK Monaco 69 Limited Edition watch in Don.
The Carrera Collection
The collection has always been inspired by motor racing, but watchmaking savoir-faire has driven it forward. The Rs 3,10,000 Carrera Calibre 1887 Chronograph is TAG Heuer's first high-volume fully integrated column-wheel chronograph movement. Produced in-house, it features a 50-hour power reserve, vibrating 28'800 times per hour and is made of 320 components.
The silver/white dial watch, studded with rose gold numerals comes with a black or brown alligator leather strap or a steel bracelet.
