Why We Like It: Setting up at Tina and Tarun Tahiliani's Ensemble, New York's luxury leather brand Tusk has landed in India. Owned by Indian American designer Hiten Manseta, Tusk showcases top grain leather handbags.

You can see Asian influences throughout the form-fitting and functional designs of the bags. A trademark would be the sleek organic lines and textures. The palette is almost reminiscent of spices like saffron, cinnamon, turmeric and gingers that come from India. The brand uses Italian leathers and features strong and enduring fabrics accented with handmade hardware from artisans in Italy and Japan.
