Manish Malhotra Makes a Fashion Film for Delhi Couture Week

Thanks to his long association with Yash Raj films, and tinsel town in general, every few months there are rumours about the couturier to the stars getting into the director's chair.
But now we have it from Manish Malhotra himself that he has been busy directing a 25-minute short film that will be screened at the upcoming Delhi Couture Week. Shot with a hand-held camera in a heritage bungalow, the film features model-turned-actors Vidyut Jamwal and Anjali Lavania, and turns back time, using sepia tones and old world charm. Practise for the silver screen is it?
