Gucci to dress Florence Welch for her 'Ceremonials' US and European tour

Florence Welch, singer-songwriter and front-woman of the band Florence + the Machine is all set to be dressed in outfits from Gucci’s Fall/Winter collection for her latest international tour of the album Ceremonials. The record Ceremonials, has sold more than two million copies worldwide and has also propelled the band to greater fame internationally.

An ardent admirer of Gucci’s collections, Welch was dressed in designs created by Frida Giannini (Gucci’s creative director) for her 2011 tour of North America as well. The drama of Gucci’s collection promises to add an element of style and flare to Florence’s exciting on stage persona.  

Talking about the opportunity to dress rising star Florence Welch, Giannini said, “Seeing Florence evolve as an artist since her last tour has been truly inspiring, and I was delighted to work with her on this new wardrobe. Kick-starting on 14 September, the band's Ceremonials tour will cover cities in both North America and Europe.
