Fendi's 15th Anniversary Celebrations

To celebrate 15 years of toil and fashion, Italian luxury fashion house Fendi has launched a book – Fendi Bageutte. The elaborate book features the small bag across 250 pages dedicated to the many styles of the handbag that was conceived by Silvia Venturini Fendi in 1997.
 
Published by Rizzoli, the book includes baguette bags in almost every colour, leather, fur, crocodile skin or precious stones and various sizes ever created. Even the special editions by artists like Damien Hirst, Jeff Koons and Richard Prince. So if you’ve missed out any edition, here’s your chance to see and know more about it.

The book also includes a few essays by Sarah Jessica Parker, the actor who made the Baguette a coveted bag, and fashion journalist Dana Thomas. There is also a poem called Tiny Friend by Japanese writer Banana Yoshimoto.
 
Another reason for the folks back at Fendi to smile is that Silvia has decided on her six favourite styles of the Baguette bag which will be reissued in June.
