Cinderella's Glass Shoes Inspire Christian Louboutin

When we heard that French shoemaker Christian Louboutin was about to interpret the glass shoes of Disney's Cinderella, we couldn't imagine how adorable the new shoes would be. The famous red-sole shoe maker will be designing his own pair of magical shoes in honour of Walt Disney's rerelease of Cinderella on DVD later this year.
 
Louboutin, whose designs are considered the epitome of style, was invited by Disney to bring Cinderella to life, obviously with a fashionable twist. As part of this collaboration, Louboutin will design a Cinderella slipper inducing his own ideas on the most famous pair of shoes in the world.
 
What's interesting is that this announcement precedes Louboutin's 20th Anniversary retrospective exhibition at the London Design Museum and also the global release of Disney's animated classic masterpiece Cinderella Diamond Edition on Blu-ray that will be out in the market this fall.
