This expensive manicure can be credited to LA-based jeweler Azature, the man responsible for the black diamond nail polish that glistened pretty on Kelly’s manicured hands. What with that price tag, it’s no surprise this nail paint is the only one of its kind. 

Kelly flaunted her black diamond manicure while she scouted the Emmys as the fashion police. Someone needs to press charges against the lady, because a manicure that expensive has got to be a crime.
