Dolce & Gabbana recently launched their first fragrance collection called 'Velvet' that is a limited edition of six fragrances. The six fragrances ($195 for a 50 ml bottle) are each inspired by different parts of Italy and the designers heritage. The collection comprises of Velvet Sublime - inspired by the orange groves of Sicily, Velvet Love - inspired by the carnations of Lake Como, Velvet Desire - inspired by the Renaissance period, Velvet Vetiver - inspired by the scent of the Mediterranean summer, Velvet Wood - inspired by lacquered wood and Velvet Patchouli - inspired by iconic incense.
