No one's really taken Indian fashion global. How long did it take to put the idea in place?

It took around six months to put this web sitetogether. It started as an idea and we had no idea how fast it would bloom and just take off.

How difficult or easy was it to convince the designers to come on board?

It was very easy since I have a personal and professional relationship with most of them and also because they trust me. I turned to designers I truly believe in.

What sets Pernia's Pop Up Shop apart from the other e-commerce fashion websites?

[Our website] is a true fashion website, and it offers carefully curated clothes from the best of Indian fashion. It features the creme de la creme of Indian designers. We are on trend and keep our website constantly updated with classic and current collections.

The site currently caters to women. Is there a site for men on the agenda?

A section for men will be in the works very soon, so stay tuned!!

Are we expecting more designers in the future?

Yes, each month we will be adding new designers to our platform and expanding exponentially bringing all the best designers, making them only one click away.

Will Pernia's Pop Up Shop expand to showcase more - like shoes and lingerie - or is it strictly apparel and accessories?

Of course it will. Very soon there will be shoes, lingerie, books, little home accessories and many more fun products available on the website.
