Top 10 Most Expensive Works of Art Ever Sold
"The Scream" created some big buzz when it sold on Tuesday night at Sotheby's to an anonymous buyer. And while the $119.9 million price tag set an auction house record for Sotheby's and for artist Edvard Munch, the 1895 pastel piece is still not the most expensive work of art ever sold. The world's most expensive pieces of art have, for the most part, been sold outside the auction house walls. Check them out here
